2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with high-quality AI video generation services:

• Account Information: When you register via email OTP or third-party OAuth (such as Google Sign-In), we store your email address, user display name, and avatar image.
• User-Uploaded Visual Media: Facial portrait photos, selfie images, or reference photos uploaded to generate viral video templates.
• Generated Video Output & Metadata: The synthesized MP4 videos, job IDs, timestamp logs, aspect ratios, and template selection data associated with your user account.
• Billing & Transaction Details: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed directly through Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials on our servers. We only store transaction IDs, subscription status, and credit ledger records.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard access logs including IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamp when you interact with our API.

3. Facial Photos & AI Video Isolation

During the video rendering pipeline, facial features are analyzed to perform automated motion alignment, facial landmark transfer, and expression blending with the chosen viral template. Once rendering completes, the ephemeral computation artifacts are evicted from the inference worker nodes.

4. How We Use Information

The information we collect is strictly utilized for the following purposes:

• To synthesize requested AI videos and deliver high-definition downloads to your library.
• To maintain your account balance, track generation history, and credit ledger allocations.
• To process billing, subscriptions, and issue invoices via Stripe.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot failed rendering jobs.
• To protect the security and integrity of our platform against fraudulent access, abuse, and unauthorized automation.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not store your uploaded source images longer than necessary:

• Temporary Uploads: Source images uploaded for generation are stored in secure cloud storage buckets (Cloudflare R2) and automatically scheduled for cleanup.
• User Video Library: Generated videos remain accessible in your private library as long as your account remains active. You can delete any video at any time by clicking the delete button in your Studio Library.
• Account Deletion: You may request full account and data erasure at any time by emailing support@dupliclip.com. Upon verification, all records including database entries, credits, and stored media files will be permanently purged within 14 business days.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted global cloud infrastructure and service providers:

• Cloudflare: CDN, edge compute, and zero-trust cloud storage (R2).
• Stripe: PCI-DSS compliant credit card and payment processing.
• Resend: Transactional email verification and support messaging.
• AI Inference Clusters: Dedicated GPU nodes executing facial synthesis and video rendering algorithms.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union and California), you possess statutory data protection rights:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate account records.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request complete deletion of your account and visual media.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain an export of your video links and transaction receipts.
• Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

8. Data Security

We employ state-of-the-art technological safeguards to protect your personal information, including end-to-end TLS/SSL encryption for all in-transit communications, access-restricted database infrastructure, and cryptographically signed webhooks for payment processing.
